The service

NicheRadar sells a digital market research report for the exact business you select. Before purchase, a free preview may show a bounded customer-evidence pattern, modeled nearby-market context, selected-competitor evidence, and one research-backed next step. The paid report includes broader sourced business and market evidence, audience and messaging analysis, competitive context, and supported-channel campaign build structure. It does not include ad placement, media spend, or management of your ad accounts.

One-time purchase

The report costs $89 USD as a one-time payment for one business. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Stripe processes the payment. You are responsible for selecting the correct business and using an email address you control so we can attach the order to the correct workspace.

Sources and synthesis

A preview or report may use exact Google Places listings for the selected business and competitors, U.S. Census data, public review evidence collected through Outscraper, and pages from selected competitors' public websites. A paid report may also use public advertising evidence collected through Apify and other sources identified in the report. Automated synthesis may use OpenAI; paid report synthesis may also be completed or reviewed by a person using an operator-controlled Anthropic Claude workspace. Source coverage and freshness vary, and unavailable evidence is omitted or marked with its applicable limitation.

Delivery

Work begins after Stripe confirms payment and we can bind the purchase to the selected business and purchaser email. Delivery is electronic: the completed report appears in the purchaser's NicheRadar workspace, and we send a notice to the purchase email. Source availability and quality review can affect timing. Unless a delivery deadline appears in your order confirmation, we do not guarantee a particular completion time. A delayed email notice does not remove an otherwise available report from the workspace.

Refunds and payment problems

If a confirmed payment cannot be safely matched to the selected business and purchaser email, we hold the order for review rather than deliver it to another account. Contact us about a duplicate or incorrect charge, or if we cannot deliver the purchased report. If we cannot resolve the order and deliver the report, we will refund the report charge to the original payment method. A report does not qualify for a refund solely because its analysis or recommendations do not produce a particular business result. This section does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Google Maps features and content

NicheRadar includes Google Maps features and content to identify the exact business listing. Use of those features and content is subject to the current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Our implementation is also governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service.

Permitted use

You may use the delivered report for your own internal business planning and campaign preparation. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another customer's workspace, or extract and resell third-party source data. You remain responsible for claims you publish, the rights to materials you supply, and compliance with the rules of any channel where you use the work.

Accuracy and results

The report is a research and planning product, not legal, financial, or accounting advice. Third-party and public data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Markets and advertising platforms change. Review the report and exercise independent judgment before acting on it. We do not promise revenue, rankings, lead volume, campaign approval, or any other specific outcome.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NicheRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the service or third-party source availability. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchased report will not exceed the amount you paid NicheRadar for that report. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
