Methodology

How Niche Radar reads your audience

One profile, built from the platforms you publish on and the analytics you already own, resolved to real people and kept current as the data lands.

The method, end to end

Three steps, the same every time, so the read is repeatable instead of a fresh guess each quarter.
01 / UNIFY

Bring every source together

  • Connect the platforms you publish on: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
  • Add your own analytics, the first-party numbers you already trust
  • Everything lands in one place, on your terms
No more a different audience story in every dashboard.
02 / RESOLVE

Resolve to real people

  • Match the same person across channels so they are counted once
  • Group them into segments you can name and act on
  • Refresh the profile as new data arrives
One audience you can plan around, not five overlapping ones.
03 / ACTIVATE

Turn it into moves

  • Read which formats grow engagement on each channel
  • Match each segment to the offer that fits
  • Launch across channels, or hand it to Niche Radar
Method that ends in a campaign, not a slide.
01 · Unify

Every source into one profile

  • Pull the platforms you publish on into a single read: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X
  • Layer in your own analytics, the first-party numbers you already trust
  • Add panel and web context where you have it, with permission
  • Nothing is invented: the profile is built only from what you connect

02 · Resolve
RESOLUTION
Raw reach across channelsbefore
Same people, counted onceafter
Deduplicated reachhonest, not inflated
modeled overlap, counted once

Resolved to one person, not counted five times

  • The same person on three channels is one person in the profile
  • Reach reflects real people, so plans are sized to what is there
  • Segments are named groups you can target, not loose lookalikes
  • The read updates as new data lands, so it stays current

How the count works: cross-channel overlap is modeled from shared signals, not observed identity, so counted-once reach is a calibrated estimate rather than a headcount. It is deliberately conservative, so reach reads honest, not inflated.

03 · Trust

Built consent-first

  • We work from sources you own or connect with permission
  • Planning figures shown in product are illustrative, not a guarantee of results
  • Recommendations come from how audiences actually respond, per channel
  • What a pilot builds stays with you, from the profile to the campaigns

Our posture: first-party and consented data, read-only access, and no tracking pixel. We build consent-first and deliberately deprioritize ad-segment targeting. We make no formal compliance attestation.

First-party and consented
Your owned channels and analytics, plus sources connected with permission.
Resolved, not double-counted
One person across channels counts once, so reach stays honest.
Signal from real engagement
Grow and hold calls come from how audiences respond, not hunches.
Yours to keep
A pilot leaves you the profile, the segments, and the campaigns.
